NFC (Near Field Communication) is a wireless technology built into most modern smartphones. Some of our products include an NFC tag embedded alongside the QR code, giving visitors two ways to access your pet's memorial.

Simply hold your smartphone close to the NFC tag on the product and it will instantly open your pet's memorial page — no camera scanning needed. It's a seamless, almost magical experience. NFC works with most modern iPhones (iPhone 7 and newer) and Android devices.

If a visitor's phone doesn't support NFC, the QR code is always there as a backup, so every visitor can access the memorial.

Your pet's memorial page is permanent and will remain online for as long as Pawmorial exists. We understand that these memorials hold irreplaceable memories, and we are deeply committed to preserving them for you, your family, and future generations.

There are no annual fees to keep your memorial active. Once created, it's yours forever. Even if you choose not to subscribe to Forever Cloud, your free memorial and all its content will always remain accessible.

Yes, absolutely! You can log in to your account at any time to update your pet's memorial. Add new photos as you find them, update the bio, change your tribute message, or adjust any of the settings. Your memorial is a living tribute that you can shape and refine whenever you wish.

Once verified, your memorial will be linked to your account and you can begin creating your pet's tribute straight away. Verification is usually completed within minutes.

If you'd like to share even more, Forever Cloud members can upload up to 50 photos plus video clips, giving you the space to tell your pet's full story — from their first day home to their final cuddle.

Yes, you are always in control of what appears on your pet's memorial. By default, all guestbook entries require your approval before they are visible to other visitors. You can review each message from your dashboard and approve or decline it.

If you'd prefer messages to appear immediately without approval, you can change this setting in your memorial's configuration. You can also remove any previously approved message at any time.

The Sanctuary is a peaceful virtual garden available to Forever Cloud members. It provides a serene, beautifully illustrated resting place for your pet within their memorial page.

You can choose from a selection of memorial markers — such as a memorial stone, lantern, heart plaque, or angel — and position it within the garden. Visitors to your pet's memorial can visit the Sanctuary to pay their respects in a tranquil setting. It's a truly special addition that many of our members find brings them comfort.

Interactions are the ways visitors can show their love and support on your pet's memorial. There are several types of virtual gifts:

A Tribute Video is a professionally crafted, personalised video memorial that celebrates your pet's life in a truly moving way. You upload between 5 and 10 of your favourite photos, tell us a little about your pet's personality and the things they loved, and we create a beautiful video tribute complete with gentle animations, heartfelt captions, background music, a personalised title card, and a touching outro.

It's a wonderful way to bring your pet's photos to life and create something you can watch, share, and treasure forever. Many of our customers say it's the most emotional and meaningful tribute they've ever seen.

Creating a Tribute Video is simple and takes just a few minutes:

1. Tell us about your pet — Share their name, personality, and favourite things
2. Upload your photos — Choose between 5 and 10 of your most cherished photos. You can drag and drop to arrange them in the order you'd like them to appear
3. Choose your sharing preferences — Decide whether you'd like your tribute to appear on our public Tribute Wall and social media channels
4. Complete your order — Securely pay and we'll get to work on your tribute

Once complete, your finished Tribute Video will be delivered to your dashboard ready to download, share, and watch as many times as you like.

You'll need a minimum of 5 photos and can upload up to 10. We recommend choosing photos that capture different moments and aspects of your pet's life — their playful side, their peaceful sleeping face, adventures you shared together, and those little everyday moments that made them so special.

The photos don't need to be professional quality. Some of the most beautiful tributes we've created have been from simple phone photos taken in everyday moments. It's the love behind the photo that matters most.

Absolutely! Your Tribute Video is yours to share however you wish. You can download it from your dashboard and share it on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, or anywhere else you'd like.

During the creation process, you can also choose to have your tribute featured on our public Tribute Wall and our social media channels, where it can inspire others and celebrate your pet's life with a wider audience. This is entirely optional and you're in full control of your sharing preferences.

The Tribute Wall is a public gallery on Pawmorial where delivered Tribute Videos are showcased for visitors to watch and enjoy. It's a beautiful, growing collection of tributes to beloved pets from around the world.

Appearing on the Tribute Wall is completely optional. During the creation process, you choose whether your tribute is shared publicly. If you prefer to keep it private, it will only be available in your dashboard for you and anyone you choose to share the download with.

Each Tribute Video is individually crafted with care, so please allow a few working days for delivery. You'll receive a notification when your tribute is ready, and it will appear in your dashboard for instant viewing and download.

We take the time to ensure every tribute is as beautiful and heartfelt as the pet it celebrates. Quality matters to us, and we know it matters to you too.

Privacy controls are available as part of our Forever Cloud subscription. With Forever Cloud, you can set your memorial to private, meaning only people you specifically approve will be able to view your pet's page. You'll have full control over who can and cannot access the memorial from your dashboard.

Free memorials are publicly accessible to anyone who has the link or scans the QR code on your product. This means friends, family, and anyone who encounters your memorial product can visit and pay their respects.

By default, your memorial is public, which means anyone with the link or QR code can view it. This includes people who scan the code on your product, anyone you share the link with, and visitors who find the memorial through our platform.

Visitors can view your pet's photos and memories, leave guestbook entries (which you can moderate), and send virtual gifts like candles and flowers. Only you can edit the memorial content — visitors can only view and interact.

Yes, regardless of whether your memorial is public or private, you always have full control over guestbook entries. By default, every guestbook message requires your approval before it becomes visible to other visitors.

You can review, approve, or decline messages from your dashboard. If you prefer a more open experience, you can enable automatic approval in your memorial settings. You can also remove any approved entry at any time.

An account is required to create and manage your pet's memorial. This ensures only you can edit and control your pet's tribute page. Creating an account is completely free and only takes a moment — you can sign up with your email address or use your Google or Facebook account for one-click registration.

Once you have an account, you can manage all of your memorials, view guestbook entries, track orders, and access your Tribute Videos from a single dashboard.

Forever Cloud is our subscription service that unlocks the full potential of your pet's memorial. For just £2.99 per month, Forever Cloud includes:

Forever Cloud is entirely optional. Your free memorial is beautiful and lasting on its own — Forever Cloud simply adds extra features for those who want the very best for their pet's tribute.

Yes, you can cancel your Forever Cloud subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitments.

When you cancel, you'll continue to have access to all Forever Cloud features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your memorial will revert to the free tier, but all of your content — including photos, guestbook entries, and memories — will remain safe and accessible.

Your memorial and all of its content will always remain online, even if you cancel Forever Cloud. Nothing is ever deleted. Here's what changes:

• Your memorial will become public again (if it was set to private)
• Photos beyond the free limit of 10 will be hidden (but not deleted — they'll reappear if you resubscribe)
• Video clips will be hidden (but preserved)
• The Sanctuary feature will be disabled
• Premium interactions (Star and Tree) will no longer be available for visitors

Your core memorial — including your pet's profile, bio, first 10 photos, guestbook entries, and all interactions received — will remain exactly as they are. If you ever decide to resubscribe, all your Forever Cloud content will be restored instantly.

You can subscribe to Forever Cloud from your account dashboard. Simply navigate to the Forever Cloud section and choose your plan. Payment is handled securely through Stripe, and you can use any major debit or credit card.

Your subscription covers all of the memorials on your account, so if you have multiple pets, you only need one Forever Cloud subscription to unlock premium features across all of them.
